Greetings from Manila, Philippines! How are you doing, surely very busy as the travel season has started?
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for an outstanding and excellent job you did with our reservation. From the very first contact to the actual arriving for us in Cambodia, everything was so smooth and well organized. The experience were exceptional and it was an amazing journey from the first minute until departure. The team you have assigned with the very friendly and perfect Driver and its incredible charming, polite and well trained Tour Guide Mr. Sophy. We called him actually Master P as he is so professional and we were amazed of his extensive knowledge and passion in his job. He is a true asset and we hope he will be with you for a long time as he represents the company very well. He made as always feel VIP and he exceeded our expectations, especially that he always made sure we make the very most out of each day. He was very proud to show us Cambodia. And also another note for the Driver, he kept the Van very neat and organized, aircon was well and he made sure that there were always enough bottled water and cold wet towels. His kindness was always very appreciated.
We have been traveling around the world extensively, both in leisure and professionally in our roles and careers with multiple countries and key cities per each year. But your organization and the team at site made an exceptional job!
I truly wish only the very best for you, the team and to Travel Asia and we will make sure, that whenever possible, we will recommend you to any of our friends and colleagues. For sure, we want to come back to Cambodia for few days again and combine it with a Vietnam tour. As of present moments, we are not sure of the dates, either 2nd or 3rd quarter of 2018, depends were we are located in our job assignments.
