Private air-conditioned vehicles, pre-booked transfers, and optimized daily routes mean you spend your time exploring — not waiting or navigating.
Our licensed Khmer guides share stories the guidebooks miss — from the symbolism carved into Angkor's temples to the hidden family kitchens of Phnom Penh.
Want to linger longer at Ta Prohm or skip a site entirely? Every itinerary adapts on the fly to your pace and priorities — no rigid group schedules.
A dedicated local contact is reachable around the clock for rebooking, medical referrals, or last-minute changes. You're never stranded or alone.
For most travelers, 5 to 7 days is the sweet spot — enough time to explore Angkor Wat and the surrounding temple complex in Siem Reap, plus the history and culture of the capital, Phnom Penh. If you want to add coastal relaxation in Kep or Sihanoukville, wildlife watching in Mondulkiri, or the riverside charm of Kampot, budget 10 to 14 days for a more complete picture of the country.
The dry season (November–April) is the most popular time to visit, offering low humidity and very little rain — perfect conditions for temple exploration. The coolest and most comfortable months are November to February, with temperatures around 25–30°C (77–86°F). The wet season (May–October) is a great choice for budget travelers: lush green rice paddies frame the temples beautifully, moats fill with water, and prices drop noticeably — occasional afternoon showers rarely disrupt a full day of sightseeing.
Most nationalities require a visa. The simplest option is the Cambodia e-Visa, available online at evisa.gov.kh for approximately USD $30, granting a 30-day single-entry stay. A visa on arrival is also available at Phnom Penh and Siem Reap international airports. Citizens of most ASEAN countries and a handful of others qualify for visa-free entry — check the latest requirements with your nearest Cambodian embassy before you travel.
All our tours are 100% private. You will never share a vehicle or guide with other travelers. This means you set the daily pace, decide when to linger and when to move on, and receive your guide's undivided attention — making it ideal for families, couples, and solo travelers with specific interests or a tight schedule.
The cost depends on tour length, group size, and hotel category. As a general guide (3-star hotels, per person):
Upgrading to 4★ or 5★ hotels adds approximately USD $70–$550 per night. All quoted prices include private transport, a local guide, accommodation, and daily breakfast. Solo traveler supplements are available, ask us for a tailored quote.
Cambodia is generally safe for tourists. The main attractions in Siem Reap and Phnom Penh are well-frequented by international visitors and have a strong local police presence. As in any destination, standard precautions apply, keep valuables secure, avoid displaying expensive jewelry, and use reputable transport. Traveling with a private guide, as on all our tours, means you navigate the country with local knowledge, reducing unnecessary risks and giving you peace of mind throughout.
Absolutely. Our published itineraries are starting points, not fixed schedules. Want to swap an afternoon sightseeing session for a Khmer cooking class? Spend a night in a floating village on Tonle Sap? Add a sunrise hot-air balloon over Angkor? Skip a museum and spend more time cycling through the temple complex? Our team will rebuild the plan around what matters most to you, just let us know when you enquire.
All our guides are fluent English speakers licensed by the Cambodian Ministry of Tourism. We can also arrange guides who speak French, German, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, Korean, and Japanese, please request your preferred language at the time of booking. Every guide is a native Cambodian with in-depth expertise in Khmer history, temple architecture, local culture, and cuisine.
Escape the crowds with our 6-day Siem Reap Discovery private tour. Experience the majesty of Angkor Wat alongside an expert local guide, enjoy a thrilling quad bike adventure, and connect deeply with locals during a Kampong Khleang homestay.
