Day 1: Siem Reap Arrival
Welcome to Siem Reap, the provincial capital and gateway to the ancient Angkor temples. Recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, the Angkor Archaeological Park encompasses dozens of temple ruins including Bayon and the legendary Angkor Wat. Upon arrival, you will be met by our representative and taken to the hotel to check in. Time for relaxation.
Later this afternoon, join in the orientation walking around the hotel area followed by the Phare show at Cambodia Circus Centre to expect the unexpected. More than just a circus, Phare performers use theater, music, dance and modern circus arts to tell uniquely Cambodian stories; historical, folk and modern. The young circus artists will astonish you with their energy, emotion, enthusiasm and talent.

Day 2: Siem Reap Angkor temples
Rise up early for a transfer by tuk tuk to the magnificent Angkor Wat. The trip is designed for you to see “the spiritual Temple reflex on the water” at dawn- the haunting, cooler and less crowded moment. As the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Angkor Wat where the Hindu God Vishnu is dedicated was constructed by Suryavarman II who reigned Cambodia from 1113 to 1152. The plan of the pyramidal conception of the temple combined with spaces, alleys and ditches is an ancient masterpiece of architectural design and construction.
For your most convenience, a table with hot tea or coffee and breakfast box arranged by Travel Cambodia will be served right on site of Angkor Wat.
This is our way to avoid the crowd when they go back to their hotel for breakfast.
After breakfast, we continue to the South Gate of Angkor Thom, which is famous for its majestic doors and artifacts. Your next visit will be the monumental temple of Bayon, the heart of Angkor Thom and known for the hundreds of smiling faces that grace its towers. Move to the Terrace of the Elephants, a platform where King Jayavarman once surveyed his army. Close by is the Terrace of Leper Kings, which includes a statue depicting Yana, the Hindu god of death. Leaving Angkor Thom by its North Gate for Preah Khan (Sacred Sword), one of Angkor’s largest temples, constructed in the 12th century by Jayavarman VII. Then it’s a short drive to one of the most loved temples of all - Ta Prohm, a wonderful combination of human genius and natural beauty with its giant trees that have grown there for centuries.
Later this afternoon you will return to your hotel where you spend the rest of time at your leisure.

Day 3: Siem Reap - Local life exploration- Fly to Hanoi.
The unique Angkor Temples are truly impressive. However, Cambodia has more to offer. It is worth taking a closer look at the city of Siem Reap, its surrounding area and its people.
Following the breakfast, drive straight to Kam Pem village. Walk through this lovely village to see rural Khmer life. Experience an ox cart ride before a cruise on Tonle Sap Lake to see floating villages and get a taste of life ruled by monsoonal rains and water-based agriculture. One of the most productive bodies of fresh water in the world, Tonle Sap was classified as a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1997. Later this afternoon, transfer to Siem Reap airport to catch your flight to Hanoi.
Welcome to Hanoi, Vietnam’s bustling colonial capital. Your driver and guide will meet you outside the baggage claim of Noi Bai Airport and take you to your hotel in the city center. The rest of time, you are free at your leisure.

Day 4: Hanoi - City tour
Today you will spend a full day exploring the charming Hanoi City. The first stop is Ho Chi Minh Complex containing the mausoleum of the nation’s founder Ho Chi Minh, the Presidential Palace and the Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts. Close-by is the One Pillar Pagoda, whose origins date back to the foundation of city. You follow it with a visit to the Temple of Literature, which is well known as the first university of Vietnam. The sightseeing also includes the outlying Ethnology Museum, dedicated to Vietnam's 54 ethnic groups. Afterwards drive back to the town center and enjoy a rickshaw ride through the Old Quarter where people still trade in old ways. Pay a visit to the peaceful lake of Hoan Kiem with its sacred temple then go to the famous water puppet theatre for a fantastic performance of the art form unique to Vietnam.
This evening, enjoy your dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 5: Hanoi - Halong Bay
Today you journey east through the rich farm land of the Red River Delta to Halong Bay, Vietnam’s greatest natural wonder. Arrival at around 12:00 you will board a nice junk and set sails. From the comfort of our sampan, spend the day exploring this incredible setting and discovering the many islands and islets found in the bay made famous in the film Indochine. You can challenge yourself with kayaking and swimming. In the evening when the boat is anchored in the middle of the stunning lagoon, we enjoy a wonderful seafood meal and later there is opportunity for an evening swim from the side of the boat. Spend the night on boat.

Day 6: Halong Bay - Hanoi
Awake early and participate in Tai Chi on the top deck or simply relax watching the sunrise over the bay’s towering islands. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or tea, before setting out to explore the nearby islands by rowboat. Return to the junk for brunch then take advantage of the sundeck and admire the amazing rock formations of Bai Tu Long Bay as you navigate back to Halong City, where your driver will meet you at the dock and take you back to Hanoi.

Day 7: Hanoi – Departure
After a breakfast at the hotel, you are free for shopping or relaxing until our driver will drive you to the airport for departure.
